[Client] Sound bug?

Whenever i am in champ select or when a que pops for finding a match i get constant sound issues which sounds like crackling within my headphones. I know my headphones are not the problem because they work fine everywhere else without any crackling noises but when it comes to league and waiting in champ select i can hear it every 5-10 seconds.

Just wondering if anyone has this same issue and if there is a fix for it. It honestly gets very annoying...
