MASTER YI PASSIVE BUG [GAMEPLAY]

Hello riot,i found a bug,master yi passive is not criting any more,not even with 100% crit,tested it today.Maybe a quick fix please?Thank you.Also tested in game and it NEVER crits.Can someone also test it please?It makes crit master yi deal significantly less dmg.Thank you
