last mont flex placment dissapered

Last month I did my 10 flex games for placment and got placed bronze iV. Then, during the month, I played some flex games and reached Silver III. But this week, after downloading the weekly patch, I got to play the 10 flex placment games again! (and got placed Bronze I). WTF is this.
