[Gameplay] Game occasionally starts an involuntary surrender vote?

Every few games or so, the game will start an involuntary surrender vote, without me even pressing the surrender button or typing "/ff" in chat. This sometimes upsets my teammates for obvious reasons. I have no idea what causes this or how to reproduce yet, but I'll play some more games to see what I can find out.
