Wtf? LeaveBusted for my client not being able to connect to directX?

LOL Clinet is so buggy that getting bugsplat or a directx error can literately get you leavebusted or banned? Shouldn't your client check if it can connect with directx before it allows me into a lobby, since i get punished if the client Screws up. i'm basically on probation now because your client keeps screwing me over. top of the line pc for what? this is the second time i couldn't get in a game because of this error in the last week and now im at the bottom of the queu, fix your client or figure a way to know why i didn't get in the game before punishing people. Also each time your client kicked me i didn't even connect to the game so shouldn't that be a red sign?
