Morde Glitches?

I have been playing a lot of Morde lately and noticed a few things that just don't work right. One teleporting in if you use your E it just puts it on cooldown and does nothing.

I have also noticed that I cannot auto attack enemy champions if they are moving away from me while my Q is activated but instead my champion stops everytime I catch them and then starts walking again.

The when killing a champion while ulted and getting a clone I have had issues where the clone will not attack even when told to or just walk randomly near me.

Has anyone else seen this? All these are very consistent.
