Bug : Frenzing Taunt ( E ) When Rammus uses his Frenzing taunt and an enemy enters a bush or goes invisible ( like kha , shaco... ) , The ability will go on cool down without the enemy being taunted.
I dont think it's a bug. Something happens mid cast for a ton of abilities. Like if the minion dies during malzahar e casting, the e goes on cooldown since you started it but it never finished so the aids doesnt spread
Working as intended. Kat's Q does the same thing.
This happens when the channel gets interrupted when it's nearly complete. As such, it can also be canceled by Rammus himself (for now, I've only seen it happen with his Q).
There's one other bug involving Iceborn Gauntlet's radius, which does not seem to consider Rammus' W as bonus armor.
lots of abilities have this bug.

I've seen rammus' taunt not stop channels before and not taunt people even before the update.
