Yasuo Wind Wall + TF Gold Card Interaction

TF's gold card still passes through Yasuo's Wind Wall given that the Wind Wall was not up prior to the missile (Pick A Card - Gold) being fired. The community was informed that the ENTIRE interaction was bugfixed several patches ago and this is not the case.

For clarification, any other projectile fired can be deflected by a "last second" Wind Wall emerging from Yasuo's model. TF's Gold Card does not. In fact, if the wall is not at its max range, the card passes through no matter what. Will try to generate video evidence.
