Ignite OP? Literally.

I was in the middle of a ranked game, my mid lane and I followed an Ahri into the jungle to find a hec so we were fighting a 2 v 2 me as Zac and my mid laner as Diana. We had the fight in the bag. But when I turned to get a double kill with my e I died before I could land. Not understanding how I got from full health to none in a matter of seconds I looked to see where the damage came from. It shows I took over 1000 damage from ignite. Which gave the anti a double kill and allowed her to shut both of us down giving her a huge lead. Could have been what cost us the game.
