[Client] Ranked 3v3 games not giving IP or LP for victories

At the end of multiple games of Ranked Teams 3v3 matchmaking. The client would freeze at the screen of "waiting for stats...", after clicking skip, looking at the team's match history the game would not exist. But looking on individual players that were involved in said game, the game shows up but doesn't have an amount of IP given for the game. The players also would not receive IP and the team would stay at the same LP as if the game was never played at all.

1. Queue up for Ranked 3v3s
2. Find match
3. Play game from start to finish with a victory
4. Client freezes at "waiting for stats...." screen
5. Game does not show up in team match history but does in individual summoner's match history with no IP amount

This bug occurs about once every three ranked game victories and is often enough to not allow our team to climb the ladder.

Attached are two of the games that show no IP gain and therefore are non-existent in team match history of CUEsports. Each of the bugged games are at the very top of the match history shown. These are only 2 of the many games this bug has effected over the past week
