Not getting a Clash SMS

Heyya!

Im not Getting my confirmation sms for Clash. Tried 2 different numbers with +49 (DE) how am i supposed to type the number?

My Number is 0176 xxx xx xxx

I tried 6 different combinations with +49, 017, 176 ect pp

Not getting a error or a sms, please send help :3
