So a friend gifted me project yasuo so I can get the loading screen but its been more then 2 hours and I restarted client many times but I still didn't receive the skin :\

Then your friend either didnt gift it to you, or gifted it to someone else by mistake. Tell him to check his purchase history.

That's what I told "her" to do, she checked and showed it to me as well so it said it was sent to me and the skin

Do u know how long it would take for rito to respond?

normally its about 24 hours but it can be more if there are an overload of requests, it will email you if it will take longer than it usually does
