"Cannot connect to server"

I am currently not able to play League at all. Every time I finish champ select, instead of the loading screen coming up I get a message saying "Cannot connect to server, try again". No matter how many times I restart my computer, reinstall the game or make a new account this keeps happening. I now have a low priority queue on my main account because I cannot connect to games because it doesn't let me. Someone please help me, I have been searching for a few hours and cannot find a solution. -DaAidBomb of NA
