Installer Requires Admin Rights To install

The Alpha installer requires admin rights to install, but it doesn't request them at start up. Instead, after clicking the next button, then clicking next for installing to the default location, you get a prompt stating that the current user doesn't have the rights to install.

Admin privileges should be requested at the time the installer launches.
