Champion select

Hi i didn't have the time to screen sadly but in champ select my friend shiroganer had to ban a champion (ranked) and he clicked on the champ to ban and he couldn't select the 'ban' icon , this has happened a few times to me and him and 5 mins and to lose lp is a pain in the you know what ... So please correct this ... And what about the lp that he lost???? Please correct this
