Lost LP due to bug splat

Patch downloaded. Joined a ranked game. Champions were picked. LoL image popped up. Bugsplat. Infinite. Sent multiple reports. Closed my client and upon re-opening the client I received a pop-up that my last patch appears to be corrupted and it proceeded to fix it. Not sure if this is normal for this patch (Fiora Splash Update) or what. I'm not about to join another ranked game just to be bug splat into another loss. The game was a remake and I lost LP. Reverse LP please?
