Mac Sierra - Game Crashes every few games. Sometimes several games in a row

My game keeps crashing at random times on my Mac every couple of games. Sometimes it's for several games in a row. It's really tilting and makes me not want to play anymore. I've lost games because of it and I can't find a solution.

My Macbook Pro is top of the line: 16gb Ram, 1 tb SSD, i7 3.0 ghz Processor, Sierra.

Any solutions would be really, REALLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.
