Attempting To Reconnect then [You have been disconnected. Please check your internet connection.]

Happened to me 5 times so far. I am in the game playing normal then suddenly it is attempting to reconnect but it never does. I exit the game and then try to reconnect manually I enter the loading screen for like 30 to 50 % then an error pop out saying "[You have been disconnected. I tried changing my DNS Closed FireWall closed Antivirus Restarted router Restarted PC Opened LOL main website and logged in. trying changing with a proxy.

I DID EVERYTHING I CAN AND IT NEVERS LOADS TO 100 %.
