[GAMEPLAY] Infinite xin q proc on inhibs

So, as i mentioned before, Xin Zhao with a sated devourer can proc infinite Q on inhibitors in order to get this done

1. stack devourer
2. get to the inhib
3. USE 1 Q proc on a minion or anything else
4. now try to attack inhib - as a result - permanent q proc and resseting CD on skills
