"not connected to server"

I'd say i get this error with my league about once every 3 games. It usually never happens, but since this latest patch its been a frequent and has resulted in the loss of majority of the games I've played. Which include ranked. No matter how many times i try to connect, quit, connect, etc… The problem doesn't seem to fix itself until around 5 minutes. This is a pretty frustrating error to keep happening
