disable screen shake option resets every game

1. selecting option disable screen shake at the beginning of the game and saving it
2. screen shake gets disabled for duration of that game
3. screen shake is enabled in the new game

expected result: screen shake is permanently disabled until the option is checked and saved actual result: screen shake is enabled in every game as a default
