Awkward LeBlanc Gameplay (possible bugs?)

I recently picked up LeBlanc, and ever since I've felt like I'm dying/my plays are getting ruined to minor bugs more and more frequently. Now maybe it's just superstition, or maybe I'm not fully aware that these are actual mechanics, but I'm starting to think LeBlanc needs some help from the devs. Here are some of the more major potential bugs that I've encountered.

1. I went to use my E aggressively against my laner and it got caught on a minion directly behind me. I've only seen this once.

2. When I go for an E + Q + W combo, or even sometimes just a Q + W combo, my Q will frequently just not cast. I know I clicked on the champ and pressed the Q key. I've seen this happen several times in one game.

3. Similar to number 2, I have a problem with casting a mimicked W. I go to double dash and it either won't dash or it's delayed for a second (It's not lag, I average like 30 ping) I don't see this as much, though.

4. And arguably the most frustrating thing I've ever encountered is probably a more of a situational kind of thing. I've seen it only once, thankfully. It happened when I casted my Q on an enemy champ but they flashed into Fog of War, causing my Q to completely cancel. Even if it was already casted, it would just stop. I saw my Q once just vanish almost instantly as it came out of LeBlanc's staff.

   LeBlanc has easily become one of my favorite champions in the game, but it's tilting having just the littlest of things mess my play up. LeBlanc mains out there tell me if I am delusional or shed some light and tell me if some of these "potential bugs" are just annoying mechanics you have to deal with.
