Champ Select Dodge

I was in intent phase and the client went to home screen like a dodge had happened. It brought us all back to champ select during ban phase then every time I tried to ban (any) champion it said Error picking your champion. Everyone in the lobby dodged and lost 3 lp as well as had a dodge timer. Please refund my 3 lp back because the same thing has happened to multiple people. I was with my duo partner Trellerus and the same happened to him.
