If Warwick ults when Fiora does it cancels her ultimate and puts it on cd. This must be a bug considering it says you are "untargetable" and the fact that it goes on cd meaning it was cast

It's probably like Renekton's ult: it goes on cooldown as soon as you press the button but the spell has a small delay before it activates. If WW ults you during the delay then it wastes your ult. So, not a bug just an annoying design flaw.

Fiora isn't untargetalble for the full duration of her ult. There are moments between each blink where she is targetable.
