Ingame Purchase Error Bug

On the day of the Arcade skins were released, I've purchased Arcade Ezreal, during the purchase sequence, my league of legends client suddenly froze during the purchase and it was stuck for nearly a minute or so then the "X" option appeared, I clicked on that but the client didn't responded, I clicked on the "X" option multiple times then the purchase sequence closed then it made me buy SKT T1 Elise by accident. I've been trying to find a way to refund it but the only option was to report this and since I had no refund tokens.
