[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench devour bug on enemies and Heimerdinger's turrets

Sometimes Tahm Kench can not use his Devour to eat his opponents. His passive was stacked 3 times on enemy, ability was ready (was not on cooldown) and Tahm Kench was nearby enemy but could not eat the enemy.

Also, Tahm Kench could eat Heimerdinger's turrets but he would spit them immediately and for some time the turrets were immune for damage of any kind (different champions and abilities/basics). This bug occured two times in normal gameplay - one by accident and the other was for testing this bug.
