Sorceress Lux particle glitch

I went in to play a normals match and the enemy team had a Sorceress Lux, but when she threw out her E the ball of light particles didn't register, only the rays of light every now and then would pop up so I couldn't see where it was at all so it made me unable to predict it like normal, it only happens on the Sorceress Lux skin for some reason as well.
