riots queue system is garabage

3 times now i wait the 20 minutes for my turn to be logged in and every time it says my positions is 1 with 1 seconds left to wait and yet i wait another 30minutes and it still says the same thing why even have this system if its not going to work ? if only riot actually cared to fix things

Or, you know, you could go do something else that is more productive than complaining on the internet? They've acknowledged the problem and are working to fix it. Calm yourself.
