[GAMEPLAY] Veigar Q damage sometimes doesn't proc on champions

I will add screenshots if i can from future games. Veigar's new q skillshot seems to not deal damage to champions sometimes. The first few times, I chalked it up to missing the skillshot, or being out of range. However, after considering how wide the missile is, and having it pass straight through two champions, and continue through both. The way it works, it should disappear after the second hit. More than one of the times, it was on jax who was using his E, so perhaps that is part of the bug. Either way, a significant portion of the time it doesn't deal damage to champions. On a side not, is jax supposed to be able to jump out of event horizon? I know tristana can't, and that all 3d elements in this game are purely visual, so that seemed wrong...
