Xin Zhao

Teres a bug with xin zhaos Q, where it does extra damage to the inhibs and nexus, this also doesnt use any charges of his three talom strike letting him deal extra damage until the timer runs out. Also everytime he hits the inhib or nexua he gainz 1 secons cooldown on all his abilities, letting him to decrease hi cooldowns by a lot.
