My Client doesnt update, pls riot help (MAC)

So, what's happening with my client is that it isn't uploading, (it goes up to 6000 files loaded), and it is a background sound of kassa new skin spotlight sounding so loud, and it's kind of anoying, so pls if someone of riot look this, pls help.
