Kayle's E "Righteous Fury" No Longer Applies Hunter's Talisman Passive

Righteous Fury produces an AOE splash that applies spell effects. Prior to Patch 7.15, this splash applied Nail, the health drain effect from Hunter's Talisman. This is the expected behavior, as Righteous Fury splash applies spell effects. However, as of this patch monsters hit by this splash are not affected by Nail. This behavior is consistent and does not require any special steps to reproduce.
