[GAMEPLAY] Several Visual indicators on Interface not showing up in game

When the client took me ingame, the scoreboard was messed up with all the champions occupying the first row of their respective team's side. They were all overlapping so nothing was visible. There were no health bars or mana bars on top of champions (I did not have this turned off in settings). I could not see ping or framerate.

Unfortunately I have no screenshot and can't give info on how to reproduce this issue
