Riot fix this glitch plz

When i do party games with my friend once i press start and we go into the que and then the thing pops up that says join the game when i press join and everyone joins it sends me back to the game lobby and it says you are assigned to and existing game? wtf is this someone help and is anyone ese experiencing this issue?
