LEAGUE NOT WORKING?

Haven't play League on my computer for a week or two, I always have to go to my friends house to play LOL. Btw, last 2 weeks League was just working fine but all sudden it just wouldn't open, As i click on League to open the league icon will show up in the middle of the screen but disappear in seconds. Nothing happens -.- i uninstall LOL then install it again but still the same thing happen, even though if i open up to many league, it will show "Another instance of the launcher is running. Do you want to terminate it?" clicking on ok or even canceling it, the same happen, NOTHING!!, I don't know if League is actually processing/updating without letting me see but i tired to wait it out, waited for 1-3hrs but still nothing happen , waited for a whole day but still nothing happens, This is weird but sometimes it will show the League in the middle then disappear or just show the "PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working" -.- I've been researching how to get this fix, i tried the RAD/project thing but still nothing happen, the screen resolution, changing the screen still didnt help me, i tried to run as administrator but still dont work or even going into the league folder to open "lol.launcher.admin" but still nothing happens, I tired right clicking on League for the properties/ did the 88888844 thinging, putted everything as"Run as administrator" but still no help, tried the firewall thinging but still nothing happen, tired to replace League with a different computer's hard drive but still nothing happens, tired to go to repair League in Control panel but it only show the uninstall button which is weird because it say " To uninstall a program, select it from the list and the click Uninstall, Change, or Repair" but when i selected League it only show to uninstall!?!!?!, As i said before the League icon show in the middle then disappear in seconds soooooo i cant even go to the Launch screen to even go to the upper right corner to repair League!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!!?!! i miss playing X(
