Rads error?

I tried multiple times to open league, every single time it would should have a pop-up that says "Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your Internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access."

I can't really do anything complicated such as going through my folders- is there an easy way to fix this? Dangit, I was really looking forwards to being able to play this evening.
