No BE after disenchant

Yesterday I got a level chest and immediately opened the loot tab. Opened the chest, got 2 champs from it, disenchanted them but I didn't receive any essence and champions disappeared from my loot. In both cases I received "disenchant failed" message. I relogged few times since then and still have the same problem(still no champion shards nor essence).
