Ping Spike up to 500ms

I was super stoked for the server move because it is closer to the east coast where I live. But ever since the move I have had very random and sometimes constant ping spikes. My champ will stop moving for 3 seconds then lag until my ping says 500 and then goes back to normal but of course this happens in too many fights resulting in my death. Occasionally I win if they are really bad but lol. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem since the server move? Lemme know!!!
