[Gameplay] Runaan's Hurricane long range proc.

Experienced this bug in my game a few minutes ago. One of my Runaan's Hurricane procs go far out of range and kill the enemy Tristana. I was approximately 5 character spaces above the enemy nexus dueling the Gragas, while their Tristana was trying to escape my friendly Xerath below the nexus. She escapes with minimal hp remaining and my stray hurricane proc gets the kill. Quite fun to be on the winning side of this bug, but it clearly isn't intentional mechanics.
