Champ select and Syndra ult

There are two big problems i have been having constantly. One is that when a person is banning someone in champion select, the game freezes at 0 seconds and the screen stays that way until it is my turn to ban or select a champ, which i can't do so i get kicked from the lobby and have to wait for "leaving the game". The second problem is with syndra. When i ult i have found that my movement is really messed up. i hope you find out whats going on and fix it.
