Invisible soul reaver draven projectiles [Gameplay]

Yesterday when I was playing Draven with the soul reaver skin my projectiles like the auto attacks with Q, my E or ultimate were invisible. There were just blue or purple effects flying around instead of the projectiles. I thought it was a graphics bug on my side but when I asked my team and the enemy team they said that they can't see the spells as well. I don't know if there is a way to reproduce this bug but it happened to my only once on the Soul reaver Draven skin with conqueror. (patch 9.23)
