[Client] Store black screen

For some reason when I access the in-game store I'm just getting a black screen. No matter what I do. I've tried to repair the client and uninstall/reinstall. Nothing I do seems to work. I'm not sure if this is a common problem with LoL as I haven't played in a long time up until recently. But any help would be appreciated. If not, then I guess it's good to let RIOT know. Game is running on a Windows computer. Nvidia GTX 970 and i7 6700k. Insanely good internet so I know it's not my setup. Anyone know of a quick fix? Need to buy me some champs! :)
