[GAMEPLAY] Volibear W Bug

Dear Riot, After this last patch, Volibear W on minions doesn't reduce the spell cooldown to 50%. i tried it on jungle monsters + on lane minions in 3-4 different games. I am pretty sure it doesn't work as it did before the patch. Thanks,
