I got an S+ with Tristana and didnt get Hextech Chest.

We won 4 v 5 game and enemy surrendered at 30 mins. In client chat it said that i got an S+ but i didnt see the chest animation appear. So i checked at the collection and it said that my higest rating was b-. Plz help.

Same like yesterday i get S and S+ yesterday to and i get one chest available but i didnt get any chest

Are you just coming off a chat restriction or other behavioral punishment? IIRC, you can't earn rewards for a bit of time after having been penalized for poor behavior.

if you have gotten banned recently for 2 weeks no more chests until you are reformed
