Reporting players Bug

So this guy right here. I have a lot of 4 letter words to describe him. I asked for jng but he instalocks as first pick--I was second. Well as you can see he went 2/14. He fed early from bad ganks yet continued to try and gank. Mid/Late game he was never with the team and made the fights constant 4v5 even after Bottom inhib was exposed and only mid inhib turret was left as was the same form top. Needless to say because of his feed and not being with team the opposing side made a comeback to win. Leaving me to go back to bronze 2--This is my 5/6th time being placed there in a week due to players like this.

Anyway the bug is after I reported him, he was on my team the very next qeue! WHY THE F***? I shouldn't be being placed with people I report. I report them for a reason.

It's not a bug. Reporting people doesn't stop them from queuing on your team. If this were the case, here would be a lot of exploitation in extremely high mmr, not to mention it would be a pretty ridiculous implementation.

Its not a bug unfortunately. Someone over there doesn't want ignore/report to then disable the ability for players to be matched with other players. Some less intelligent observers call this cherry picking. It is not. Observing that someone is absolute trash and you want nothing to do with them should be your call. I don't, can't, and won't understand how in RANKED que for climbing a latter, making decisions about who you do and do not want as teammates cannot be determined by your preferences of players. Someone could in one game prior express that they are going to feed uncontrollably and wish cancerous death upon you but still play with you next game and repeat the same despite the ignore/block/report. All in the name of idiotic "fairness" While this makes sense at Master / Challenger level tiers, It is something that should be allowed where the majority of players are. There is no excuse if 5 people can manage to be on the opposite team that players have to be matched with prior matched baddies who throw rape around for fun.

okay thanks guys. Stupid af that something like this happens though. At least at a bronze/silver level. I would understand it if it was like silver 1 and up.
