[CLIENT] Client freezes then i close it and it reotpens alone but not frezed then freezes again cons

Client freezes then i close it and it reotpens alone but not frezed then freezes again constantly Sometimes cant accept the Queue because of this and sometimes happens during picks so i cant pick and get time baned Problem happens only in client in-game is all normal I already repaired and re-installed League
