hex chest ! not downloading !
Hi its my 4th rank S - or S or + of the day and last night on able to get chests ? . [slayer-jinx-unamused] They are just not downloading after i get them now ! can someone help me out ! . DEV

Timethief491 votesDid you already get a chest on the champs you played? Do you have chests available? You can see if you have one on your profile there should be a little chest icon with a number.

Snipersd1 votesDo know about the chat thing but honour rank is L2 atm mastery score is 65 ? , and it said you have got rank s or so with persons name i was playing just never loaded the chest ? it's funny low i got one for one i never got a rank s on .
Timethief491 votesIf you are premade with someone that gets an S you also get a chest (as long as you didnt already get a chest on the champ that you are playing). Your honor is high enough and you say you have a chest available. Honestly out of ideas, write a ticket to the support https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new might take some time though.
