Arcade Pass Not Working

I bought the Arcade Pass about two days ago because I really wanted the Prestige Arcade Caitlyn Skin. After buying the pass I hopped into a game to start earning tokens only to find out that I didn't get Arcade tokens after the match. (I previously bought the Academy Pass so I positive that I know how the pass works). I went to look what might of been wrong and why I didn't get any coins that game.

  • I got the 200 Tokens

  • I got the 4 orbs that I opened

x I didn't get the Arcade Star Icon

x and I didn't get the missions from the pass

So I decided to contact Riot Support on Twitter to see what the problem might of been. The only answer I could get from them is that I should use the repair tool and then restart my client to see if that worked, yet it did not. I replied to them to let them know that the repair tool did not resolve the problem and that I still didn't have access to the pass missions. No answer.

I then went to the Riot Support website to create a ticket and see if that might of helped. After 12 hours with no response I came to the League board to see if this might help me resolve the problem as Riot doesn't really care that much to let me know what is wrong. 20$ might not be much but I sure as hell don't want it flushed down the drain for nothing.

Please Upvote so that Riot can see the problem, or just at least acknowledge the problem.

Yes i also had this problem, however i bought the pass when the server was kinda laggy and right after stopped working, i assume that was the reason for me not getting the pass, similarly i also bought a skin from the "your shop" section and did not get it. I hope riot sees this and gets it fixed soon.

hi, i have the excact same issue and i read somewhere else that other ppl have it too. i hope this gets fixed soon and we also get the tokens back that the first win of the day should have earned us. lets hope for the best because especially with a timed event you dont want to miss out on chances unlocking stuff or get ripped of off rewards.
