[Gameplay] Elemental Dragons do not spawn Souls for Thresh

I killed the Earth dragon, but it didn't spawn a soul for me (Thresh). I'm unsure about other elemental dragons. Will update thread if I find out anything more

Update: All the dragons I've killed haven't spawned souls.
