BUG REPORTING FOR VI

I used vi twice at a ranked game as a jungler today and yesterday. Vi's ult is sometimes stunned for no reason. You cannot use any other skills like Q and E. because you are stunned. You can move and you cannot do such things for a few seconds, then everything is back to normal. BUT, do you know this "a few seconds" will change a lot? Sorry for the bad grammars.
